Tom has a B.Science and Ph.D. from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. He has lived and worked in the Houston, TX area for 20 years supporting both local and global business activities.
He has had a product leadership career punctuated with serial entrepreneurial efforts giving rise to market leading software products. He has been the technical expert in much of this but the greatest success, and highest career satisfaction, has come from focusing upon coaching as a means of product manager team development and building for the future.
