Coaching is about helping you to help yourself. It explores your vision for yourself and the goals that are necessary to get there. We help build a roadmap of actions that you take to help yourself, with the coach's support. Along with this we provide the appropriate toolset/skills to succeed during your coaching engagement and beyond. We do not tell you what your goals are nor do we do the doing towards their completion

Consulting, on the other hand, is about giving you answers to problems that you can then execute upon.

Are you looking for direction in your career or personal life and not sure where to start?

Life Coaching is a very broad spectrum. We focus upon coaching in the fields of career, education, leadership, product management, entrepreneurship and wellness.
Wellness may seem like an odd category alongside the other work life related topics. It is included because wellness is critical to your success in all walks of life, including the other categories listed here.
This can depend upon your objectives and goals. It may be 2 or 3 sessions to get over an immediate problem but most clients spend 2 to 3 months with us. During the early stages the frequency of sessions is likely to be higher, with meetings weekly or, as a minimum, bi-weekly. In the later stages it is frequently 1 meeting per month with short check-ins via email or text.
